We accept all common CAD formats including STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, AutoCAD DXF/DWG, and PDF. For best results, we recommend providing 3D models with detailed drawings including material specifications, tolerances, and bend information.
We accommodate projects of all sizes. For prototypes, we can produce as few as 1-5 pieces. For production runs, our minimum order quantity is typically 50 pieces, but we can discuss smaller quantities for specialized projects.
Standard tolerance for sheet metal parts is ±0.005" for linear dimensions. For hole diameters and positions, we can achieve ±0.003" with CNC machining. Bend angles are typically held to ±0.5°. Tighter tolerances are available for critical features.
Lead times vary based on complexity and quantity. For prototypes, we typically deliver in 5-10 business days. Production quantities of 100-500 pieces generally ship in 2-3 weeks. We offer expedited services for urgent projects.
