CNC Metal and Plastic Parts Manufacturing

When CNC parts require strict tolerances, we can offer turn-milling compound machining to reduce multiple setups and improve overall accuracy. For components that require deep internal features, we also provide deep-hole drilling.

We support EDM machining for hard materials and for areas that are difficult or impossible to reach using conventional cutting tools. Additionally, when certain metals need improved hardness, strength, or stability, we perform heat treatment either before or after CNC machining to ensure the parts meet the required functional performance.

Regarding plastic CNC machining, you can view our machining materials in the section below. Our tolerance requirements generally follow the ISO 2768-m standard, and higher precision demands can be specified on the drawings.
